Celonis is used in all major processes in my organization to get transparency and to analyse and optimize the process. Celonis is also used in achieving process standardization, Proactive alerts, deviation flagging, Business Executive dashboarding and is now an integral part of our organization. We are specifically focusing on cross functional points of the process, which are usually the bottlenecks. We are also now focussing on mapping these end-to-end processes to achieve further improvements.

The training material such as the academy to cater the specific needs of specific roles is the first step a new user in the organization makes in their journey into Celonis Process Mining. It supports to get an overview of key metrics for Management. It helps to standardize and redesign processes. Identify dependencies of a single entity and aids to understand the impact of an entirely different vertical onto to the current focus of analysis. The Object Centric visualizations and Process Adherence Manager gives a great digital twin of the processes in the Organization.
