Engagedly is mostly used in my organization to conduct performance reviews quarterly and yearly. The thing Engagedly is well suited because it helps me see the previous performance review as and when needed so that I see my growth over time. The area of improvement I see is if Engagedly does any updates so that it can give us course recommendations for personal growth and development.
I have used Engagedly to manage corporate goals, review quarterly check-ins, and praise my colleagues. I have also used Engagedly to learn new skills for my role through course selection from my organization. The scope of my use case ranges from moderate to high usage throughout the year.

Engagedly is the best tool that can be used for Performance measurement and evaluation, Feedback systems, Goal management, Learning management system and what not! It is all in one tool made for the betterment of operations teams and it really helps to have such a tool that can do so much!!
Engagedly helps motivate team members by having a praise wall, people praise each other while they like something about them. Not only that it also have quarterly review checkins to analyze one's performance by various parameters. This helps employees to know where they need improvement and they can analyze various quarterly results. It also allows to have courses/Video information updates.

I think so in a medium enterprise it's suited well however in a large organization it can become a bit Charice for a manager to keep track of 50 people under his or her team to check their performance and provide them similar experience. Hence for low to medium scale its suitable in my opinion.
We use Engagedly for our bi-annual performance reviews and peer feedback cycles for the full organization. It helps us stimulate a culture of feedback across all teams and locations.

Engagedly has a huge range of possibilities and we chose it because of all the functionalities it offers. I'm not marking my rating a 9 or 10 because of the UI. If you're an active user (e.g. in the people department) then you get used to the UI fast enough. However, if you only use it twice per year (like all our other users) it can be difficult to find what you need. That being said, Engagedly offers a truly broad range of HR-related functionalities and we're very happy about that!

Well suited for tech-savvy companies & I think you would need to utilize all of the Engagedly features for it to be effective in the business - for example, if you only use 1 or 2 features, then I don't think it would be used enough to be worth having. I really like that Engagedly incorporates a range of features to give a good overall scope of enhancing employee engagement.

We use Engagedly for Performance Management (reviews and ongoing), as well as goal setting, and employee recognition. We were looking for a single solution platform for all of our Performance Management needs and this was the best one out there. We demoed about 5 others and we are so happy we went with Engagedly.

Engagedly works very well for employee performance review and also 360 Peer review. It could be used well for surveys as well. There is some room for improvement in its training module.
Engagedly is a performance management system that allows us to set goals, conduct quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews at the end of the year as well as build learning courses, and manage to learn. The system also has a 360-degree feedback feature, Talent Card for Succession planning. 3 years ago, we were looking for a performance management system that allows us to do all performance management activities in one place, where we could track progress and align goals to see vertical alignment and contribution to goal attainment from the individual to the top level. We were talking with other vendors but Engagedly was shortlisted for their user-friendly interface and excellent customer support pre, during, and post-implementation. We are currently using the goal setting, performance review, learning, survey, and 360 feedback module and are very happy with these features. Engagedly recently upgraded its interface to make it, even more, user-friendly.

Goal setting: Ability to set individual OKRs, department, business unit, and top-level department OKRs; ability to align goals by level, ability to see goal hierarchy, and see how individuals making progress in their OKR impacts the overall company progress.
Performance reviews: ability to set cycle and customize each cycle, manage cycle at the same time or independently; ability to invite external reviewer (outside of the organization) is a huge benefit.
Learning: All learning courses can be hosted in the system and assigned to individuals or groups; ability to run reports
Analytics and reporting capability: the new interface improves this capability a lot. Data can be zoomed in and out and presented visually for employees and managers

Well, suite: for small and medium organizations. For a medium-sized business like ours, Engagedly is a great choice. We are very happy with what Engagedly has to offer. Their customer support team is one of the best. They respond very quickly. Less appropriate for bigger organizations as their data analytics capability is still limited.
I use Engagedly to share sales progress reports. Exchange of documentation such as records, SOPs, HACCP, GMP's and documentation on Food Safety. As well as to keep me informed of what happens in the company. Finally to support dispatchers with their transition to the digital system and assist them with their educational modules.

Scenarios based on my experiences where Engagedly is well suited: regarding communications, education and searches Engagedly is of great value. In areas like fast communication like text messaging it is not as effective or fast like I need, and in those cases I use other tools if I want communication almost instantly.
