Usability is among the highest I have ever worked within an application of this magnitude. It was a significant recession for us and our sales team along with some of our onboarding folks have been able to use the tool as well. Other are able to benefit as well that are outside of the sales team but I do get as much of their feedback as I do from the sales team.

ZoomInfo is easy to use and provides lots of valuable data, but occasionally doesn't provide the most accurate data. However, it's easy to pull reports and specify what type of leads you're trying to find. Downloading leads/uploading them to your CRM is also simple and straightforward.

The rating is simply because the tutorials can be made a lot more interactive. The tutorials are of such a level that it gets boring to a point. Also, another suggestion would be to incorporate pop-up help menus which would I believe help out immensely as well in case of improvement of usage for beginners.

I am meticulous when it comes to the tools that my organization is using. I gave EverString a high rate because it really lives up to its claim. Very useful together with Zoominfo plus its cutting-edge numerical and visual charts are easy to comprehend and gave an accurate result. I really love it.

The system is incredibly user friendly. If a person is relatively up to date with use of technology, they can figure out how to navigate the system quickly. If the user has a sales background they will fly through onboarding and likely experience huge gains in their productivity throughout the workday.

Everstring's site was fairly easy to navigate and could be figured out quickly. Most of my use was not on the site itself and instead on clicking the Everstring button within Salesforce that would search for contacts' emails and phone numbers, a feature that is very helpful and intuitive by allowing you to stay within Salesforce.

Everstring is really easy to use and navigate. It is also an intuitive system, so anything that initially obvious you can work it out pretty quickly.

-Nice home page
-Easy to use filters to build lists of companies
-Simple to search based on keywords
- Huge number of companies searched and made available to our SDRs quickly.


Not a 10 because:
- Not the biggest fan of how they display results (on the initial search return page, it can take a while to go through. Inside each company, retrieved is a nice interface again).
- Doesn't seem to always be accurate for EMEA companies (90%).
