I use Groove, a Clari company for email templates in my roll as SDR. I use Groove, a Clari company to schedule inbound requests with the sales team.
Pros

- there are instances where I include calendar dates in emails to prospects, and even after said date has passed, they can click on it to schedule a demo. This has happened several times.
- Email logging with Salesforce has been very spotty...it works sometimes, and not others
- I often have to uninstall and reinstall the chrome extension, so that Groove, a Clari company shows up in my Gmail
