However, the pricing of individual items makes it questionable whether we will always use Printfection for every case because we know we can get cheaper pricing elsewhere, and it's usually more... … If we weren't more profitable like we are, it could quickly become a negative ROI due to the cost.

Printfection is far more expensive than what we were previously using and we haven't seen a huge ROI yet in terms of influence on pipeline. … There were a couple of reasons we selected Printfection: price and contract/level of commitment (we are on a month-to-month plan).
