Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

Swag is a very tough logistical problem when you are managing requests manually, heading down to the post office yourself and trying to get it in the hands of different people in different places. It can become very time consuming for the marketing team to have to deal with this alongside their other responsibilities. By using Printfection, not only do we get to source new items in a structured way, we also get to offload the logistics and actual management of the ordering, stock levels and delivery of the items. As well as reviewing orders and reporting. This means it is a lot easier and stress-free for the team to manage items and requests.
  • The swag catalogue has lots of items to choose from and they try to source anything else you need
  • Takes care of the logistical challenges of getting swag to offices, events and to customers
  • Their customer team are really hands on and helpful
  • The ticketing system for communicating with their team via email is ok but it does create a lot of noise in your inbox for managing items
  • They could do with more swag items in each category rather than the wider novelty items
  • Make the price per unit on items more competitive, they can be more expensive than you can source elsewhere
  • Swag fulfilment of orders
  • Reporting and billing that is centralised in one platform

  • Less time that team members are spending managing swag requests

The Printfection customer team are awesome and have been very attentive to our needs and getting set up on the platform. You definitely feel like you have a support system and people that are working with you to make your swag work well.
I had a poor interaction with their sales representative who didn't seem very interested in us or our business needs. Also their pricing seemed odd in that there was no monthly subscription but instead the postage costs were astronomical. I selected Printfection because I'd used it before and had a good experience but also their sales team member was attentive to us and seemed to genuinely care about getting our business.
