Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
Before Printfection we had swag and promotional items spread throughout our remote workforce. I personally had swag in my garage and would ship items to other employees so they could then ship out. It was extremely inefficient, not cost effective and was taking up many employees valuable time. When it came time to reorder items they would go to someones home or crowd up a closet in our main office. We desperately needed a solution where our items were stored offsite, ease of reordering and ability to ship small and even individual orders out to employees and vendors. Printfection did all of those things (and more) for us and it has been a huge weight lifted off our team. The visibility that we have into our items and budget is huge.

- Their Giveaway feature was made some improvements but I would like to see it be more flexible

We used to use Canary for smaller orders only because at the end of the day we needed a "housing swag" solution. So with Printfections warehousing capabilities it was a no-brainer for us. Printfection allows you to order, print and get shipped (or store) items. We have trade shows and other users who need swag and keeping it at our homes is impossible to manage

Using Printfection
5 - Marketing, Office Manager and Events all use Printfection. We love the ability to master control the ordering of different departments and set up campaigns for them to use to send to their clients. The x-functional use is really great if you are looking to keep track of what your organization is using.
3 - Printfection is really easy to use. You can set up your users and let them order or get approvals for orders and keep them contained and within budget. It allows us to also send unique links to co-workers who need one-off boxes for clients without providing them a full log in to Printfection. We are able to do a ton with a small team which makes it a perfect solution for us.

Ease of use. Prior we were storing swag in our offices and at our employees homes- it allowed for waste and things to get lost. Printfection is easy because all of it is in one platform and you can order, print and ship (and house) everything all in one place.
We wouldn't change anything. Printfection was a leader in the space and it was a no-brainer to go with their platform and service. With their combining of custom ink it feels like their selection of products has gotten even better. We would pick them over and over again.

No premium support needed. Our rep or their support team is very prompt in getting back to us. We have never felt like we didn't get an answer resolved. We previously did a larger API integration and their team was ON IT. We never felt like our ask was hard to accomplish.
When we first started we were confused on setting up a giveaway and their team was super helpful in showing us how to set up products in the giveaway and send out our links. This process allowed us to learn how to set up for our x-functional teammates who are not on Printfection and allow them through links to send out gifts to their clients.
