Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

The primary reason we use Printfection is for getting swag kits to our new hires. We strive for an excellent onboarding experience and delivering swag to new hires in the time between accepting an offer and starting at the company helps build excitement. Occasionally, we would use Printfection for swag giveaways, but that was much less frequent.
  • Diverse swag options
  • Easy to use reporting
  • Affordable pricing, it's not too expensive to keep a lot of inventory since they don't charge per item
  • International shipping, especially to countries like India. We lost or were unable to deliver a lot of international packages
  • Increase support options to have live chat
  • More customizable landing pages for giveaways
  • Affordable swag
  • Easy, quick to set up programs
  • Delivering swag kits to new hires has increased employee engagement. We see many folks posting their swag on LinkedIn to announce their new role, which drives awareness of the company and helps with referrals.
Printfection's support is good and should help anyone feel confident working with the platform. It could improve by helping out with shipping issues more. I oftentimes would have employees messaging me for support because they weren't sure how or were unable to get support from Printfection. For example, if Printfection proactively alerted us when a package had been stalled for a number of days, we might be able to make progress. Even better if they jumped in to help solve it since this caused a lot of undelivered swag.
We did not really use Printfection for lead generation, trade shows, prospects, customers etc and primarily only used it to engage with our new hires so I don't have clear examples for this question.
I was not involved in the purchasing decision, so I can't speak to which other platforms we evaluated. At the time we started with Printfection (I think 8 years ago!) we were upgrading from someone individually shipping swag to this being our first real swag management platform. Obviously this was an improvement :)

Printfection is very well suited for delivering swag kits to new hires domestically in the US or creating a giveaway/campaign where you don't need too much customization and you want to have minimal project management. These are very easy to set up. The platform might be less suited for someone who primarily ships internationally.
