(151-175 of 826)Procore: A Great Tool for Construction Pros
- Ability to customize reports for sharing and distribution.
- Ability to manage outside collaborators and control what information they have access to.
- Overall flexibility which offers different ways of entering and tracking information.
- Mass emailing capability, which is great for soliciting pricing or sharing important announcements.
- Great customer support and feedback.
- The Procore app is still missing some features that are only available on the desktop version.
- The invoicing function within the Financial Management module would be more user-friendly if it was possible to edit the formatting and customize it more to match specific requirements.
- Deleting old, outdated, or duplicate contacts from the Directory can sometimes require multiple steps that seem unnecessary.

Procore: Nothing else compares

- The ability for multiple GC Superintendents to be able to create a daily report based on area.
- Better formatting options for test boxes.
- Ability to pull information from multiple tools into one custom report.
Procore Review
- Easy to navigate
- Different permission templates.
- Marking up drawings is simple.
- Amount of emails generated from within.
- Submittal generator
- Schedule should be able to incorporate Microsoft Project.
Procore is at the "core" of your project's success!
- Detailed listing of updated drawings, which includes the history
- Great punchlist tool
- Website allows field personnel to easily navigate from any device
- Would be nice to have an add-in for modeling or BIM outputs
Procore: A Recent College Graduate's Review
- Integration of information necessary for in-field success with project management team input.
- Linking what is being completed/not completed on site to drawings viewed/assigned to others for greater accountability.
- User friendly, everything is fairly intuitive and easy to learn one you understand how it is formated.
- Creating inspections, for the first time, can be difficult to set-up but easy to do once you've done it once.
- I struggled at first with putting meeting minutes in after OAC, Foreman's meetings, team meetings, etc just based on the order you have to input information to make it all show up on the next meetings agenda. Once I got the hang of the process, I've been fine.
- At times Procore is laggy, especially when dealing with projects with large amount of files. The time to update between the computer and phone can be delayed which is frustrating at times especially when you need something out in the field.
Honest review
- Contains all personel contact info on a project in one easy to find place.
- Ease of use.
- User-friendly
- None yet
Procore is the Bomb!
- RFIs are very easy to enter
- Submittals are very easy to manage
- Schedules are easy to update
- Financials are a bit cumbersome
- Frequent outages
- Submittal process is good but has challenges
- PROCORE has a great history and defined integration plan. Lots of moving pieces go into managing contacts and projects and the initial integration is guided by some easy to follow guidelines with a support team at the ready. The time to implementation is short and the reward is great!
- PROCORE is powerful in its ease of use in the field. Users in the field have an intuitive piece of software with all of the information at their fingertips. Most users can access all they need without any support.
- PROCORE has THE BEST Support teams of any software I have ever used with email, phone and instant chat access to knowledgeable support team members as well as a customer success contact and countless u-tube tutorials and product release notes.
- PROCORE listens to customers and institutes changes to keep making the software better, including working with many other software applications to strengthen everything through collaboration.
- PROCORE has great support and is always available to assist.
- PROCORE tries to do its best to work well for everyone, sometimes the multiple ways things can be done are a little harder to troubleshoot from an administrative standpoint.
- There are always things that come up that are a little bit harder to adminster, but we have found that that comes with the territory with the complex permission levels that you may want to assign. It is easy when you get in and continue to work in the system, and better supported with constant access to help, than our previous systems.
- PROCORE continues to grow, which results in occasional slow times. PROCORE does keep up with their growth with adding additional servers and sending out alerts when functions go down.
- PROCORE is reaching out to different groups and not fully noticing when a change for one group affects another.
A complete package from start to finish
- Construction financials from change inception thru owner billing.
- Data collection of your work for reporting purposes.
- One solution on-line for the entire team to use.
- Some of the basic functionality could be more complete.
- Cross tab reporting capabilities are lacking.

Our go to online project management portal
Pros
Ease of use for our staff clients and subcontractors. The amount of information track is perfect for our firm
Cons
We wish there was a cost-effective manner in which our accounting software would integrate and speak to Procore. Also, we have to use separate software for our facility management division.
- On boarding
- User interface
- Archiving for future reference
- Fully integrating with our existing accounting platform
- There is nothing else we need
- Procore keeps project documents organized, in one place. I have worked for General Contractors that have and have not used Procore. When I worked for the General Contractors that did not use Procore, the close-out process took twice as long because I had to track down some of the documents.
- Procore connects our administration team at our main office with our field teams at the projects. [Whenever] someone updates something in Procore - everyone with permission has access to the most current version of a document.
- Procore can assign permission levels to end-users. This is very important because certain documents are confidential and should not be accessed by our subcontractors. In addition, it controls who is able to edit something in Procore and this is invaluable. I had an experience in the past when a team member (at a different company) took it upon themselves to update a project document when they didn't know what they were doing. The correct information was lost and there was not a [backup] copy because it was a document on the company server.
- Procore could improve the format of the Photos section. It is really annoying that you can create a folder and then place other folders in it. All folders remain separate and that leaves it really messy and unorganized.
- The Meeting Minutes in Procore need an update. When you create a new meeting from a previous meeting, I wish it would place the previous meeting minutes in the area for the New Official Documented Meeting Minutes because a lot of the time an entry is used for several weeks. The end-user could delete what they don't want in the new minutes.
Procore is a well supported, constantly improving, professional construction management platform for the entire project team
- Maintains a log of RFI's that can link back to drawings and submittals.
- Maintains a version history of plans and drawings to ensure everyone is working off the latest construction documents.
- Keeps accurate records of change events and daily logs.
- Allows subcontractors to easily invoice and submit pay applications.
- Great ability to customize access control so people only see what they need to.
- Great customer service, that promptly answers your questions.
- The submittal workflows in Procore are extremely manual. If a workflow has started and someone leaves the company you need manually go into every single submittal and change it manually.
- There is a lot of functionality and it can be difficult to learn at first.
- Procore is very expensive.
- Some of the internal workflows to convert changes to PCCO's can be redundant and time-consuming and the status of different items changes what you can and cannot do.
Procore review
- Latest drawings & comparing back to older versions.
- Housing all submittals in one place & housing history of reviews.
- Record of RFI's.
- Linking items from inspections to observations.
- Locating yourself on a drawing with GPS.
A Superintendents View
- Drawings tab is very handy
- Daily logs are set up well too. It is easy to navigate and a lot of options for inspections, deliveries, etc.
- Safety inspections tab is handy.
- Punch list tab needs work.
Procore gives me ease of mind!
- Procore is very user friendly and provides very simple training for every tool.
- Procore emails are sometimes easy to gloss over or miss because of the quantity you receive. These [get] easier to pick out over time.
