Don't Use Propertybase
- Upon my request, Lone Wolf changed my contact email for support but not for Billing upon taking over BackAgent in October 2022
- Because of this my company was not billed for 7 months...but they continued to process support tickets. The account had been on autopay for YEARS, but when Lone Wolf took over, it didn't continue to bill and since they didn't update the email, their billing notices bounced back for months asking them to send any correspondence to my new email. Which they did not change when requested. I cancelled the service in April of 2023.
- When I became aware of the issue I paid for the back service which I had used. During this process LW would not acknowledge any issues on their end. A company that will not learn from their mistakes is not a company I will do business with again.
