PropertybBase is a software product designed to help realtors and brokerages manage their contacts, leads, and marketing campaigns. It also allows users to customize websites and integrate with Google to track visitors.

Customers have found success with Propertybase's sales and marketing functionality but some have experienced difficulty getting issues resolved due to long wait times for customer support. The platform is difficult to set up and requires a large investment in outside support for proper functioning. Customers praise the accessibility of the platform and its ability to help them compete against larger organizations.

The features are user-friendly, efficient, and allow agents to send email campaigns more aggressively than before. However, there are inconsistencies throughout the design of the website as well as limited customization options available.

Propertybase has been praised by customers for its robust web platform that offers easy-to-use and intuitive features. These include drip campaigns, CRM management capabilities, event-building tools , and Google integration - although some users have noted that this feature tends to cause more problems than it helps when it comes to importing contact lists. Training sessions offered by staff members have also been praised due to their helpfulness in navigating the platform's steep learning curve.

There are some bugs present in new features being rolled out, limiting Admin capabilities compared to Agents, however, users overall enjoy the dashboard experience without having many features scattered across multiple platforms in one place.

Propertybase is a software solution for real estate agents and brokerages. The platform has strengths and weaknesses that customers must weigh when deciding which platform is best for their business.

Propertybase offers a great sales and marketing strategy but has some drawbacks such as long wait times for responses, difficulty getting issues resolved, a steep learning curve, limited customization options, and turnover in staff members. Propertybase gets the job done with robust web platforms that offer users easy- to-use and intuitive features. There can be a slight learning curve when it comes to uploading content or making customizations. Customers also noted that updates can help keep the site current but have found customer service lacking in responsiveness or effectiveness at resolving issues.

Propertybase provides an option for smaller independent companies to compete in the market space. The platform needs improvements in certain areas such as response time from customer support teams or streamling customization processes in order to provide better experiences for users.

• Ease of Use: Propertybase provides a robust web platform that’s easy-to-use.

• Feature Set: Features are intuitive, allowing users to stay in touch with leads through drip campaigns and effectively manage contacts and leads through the CRM.

• Customer Service: Customers are pleased with the team's training and skill, as well as the cutting-edge advice they provide. The staff members of Propertybase are pleasant and patient, offering webinars for refreshers.

• Support Time: Customers experience long wait times for responses to their issues, with multiple points of contact and difficulty getting issues resolved. Customer service can be hard to get through, with multiple points of contact, and issues are not prioritized properly.

• Implementation: The platform can be difficult to set up and some users found that it requires a large investment in outside support to keep it running properly.

• UI: The interface can be confusing due to the multiple options available.

My company used BackAgent for almost 5 years. Lone Wolf took over the company in 2022 and rebranded it at Propertybase. I continued to use the product until April 2023. Lone Wolf's communication, support, follow through and general apathetic response to critical situations were stunning to me. Usually companies that are purchasing and rebranding another are meticulous about technology transfers. Having served in senior corporate positions for decades and in real estate for a decade, I can't remember dealing with a less professional company.
  • Upon my request, Lone Wolf changed my contact email for support but not for Billing upon taking over BackAgent in October 2022
  • Because of this my company was not billed for 7 months...but they continued to process support tickets. The account had been on autopay for YEARS, but when Lone Wolf took over, it didn't continue to bill and since they didn't update the email, their billing notices bounced back for months asking them to send any correspondence to my new email. Which they did not change when requested. I cancelled the service in April of 2023.
  • When I became aware of the issue I paid for the back service which I had used. During this process LW would not acknowledge any issues on their end. A company that will not learn from their mistakes is not a company I will do business with again.
  • Make a "Real" effort to contact your clients before throwing them under the bus. Obviously you kept responding to my support tickets until April 2023, without saying a word that billing was not receiving my payments (unknown to me) since October 2022. Then I cancelled in April and LW refused to acknowledge and turns me over to collections even after I told them I would pay them what I owed. Intolerant.
Never.
  • None. Now using SkySlope much better
