Provely is being used as a token of trust in our organization. We find it to be potent for driving more conversions on landing pages, webinars, lead pages, and the sorts. It is also viable on the front pages. In a nutshell, visitors "follow" other people, so if someone has opted in for a lead magnet offer, and it is shown in a widget live as Provely does, then visitors are nudged to take action as the psychology behind is "if others get this, then I should too". Also, it helps to instill trust, kinda like a review, if someone else uses it, then we trust it more. We use it to show, that people have taken action on our registration pages for webinars and lead mangets. But also, for showcasing how many people are viewing a specific page. It has more use cases and more widgets, but this is what we primarily use it for. We find it easy to use easy to integrate, and the support is really good.
  • Support is fast, and goes beyond scope. We had a question, and the thing we wanted, was not present in the code, but they actually made it a part of the software. So, granted, it may not be for every question one asks, but we were pleasantly surprised that they updated the tech to give us an enhanced feature that they had to develop.
  • They have several widgets so users can accommodate their own to many different use cases. Also, they have a good selection of settings, colors, fonts, logos, image upload, etc that can be used to make it look more branded.
  • Easy to use, and to integrate. We had it up and running within minutes of testing.
  • Fair pricing. We are pleased with the cost as it is feature-rich for a low investment.
  • The help videos could be easier to find, as in, they could be in a menu bar on each page of the software so we can navigate easier to find them. They are on one page if I recall correctly, but they could be useful on all.
  • Maybe add help video links NEXT to the integration code, so when people want to integrate their tech, they can skip looking for the links, as it would be beneficial to have them where they are needed, where people click to copy their code for integration.
  • Add case studies of best practices. Maybe have some videos that shows, specific pages that Provely perform really well on. Say "a landing page got xyz more conversions when this specific widget was added." This front page widget got xyz % more uplift in booked calls when xyz widget was installed, with this wording".
Landing pages. Say, a webinar optin page. Or a lead magnet optin page.
People can be persuaded to believe that others like the lead magnet and don't want to be left behind and also they can trust others opinions. So, having a widget on these pages that shows, "XYZ just signed up" can help with getting more sign ups.
A widget that shows the amount of people that are looking at a certain page is also beneficial. The best thing to do, is to test at all times. See if the conversion rate is increased or if it drops. And test variations of the widget one at a time. Sometimes, it helps, but in some cases, one can see little difference. So the key is to test. We used it on a front page and we optimized it for speed. We saw that we had several things that slowed our site down. So we decided to take away some of the items. This included our widget from Provely. It does not take a lot of resources, but we were super savvy and wanted the optimal speed. We might revert back into adding it again, but for now, we stripped the page for all extra baggage so we were certain that we had the correct overview on the speed that was needed. The widgets can be less appropriate also, if one wants full attention to the copy on a page. This is also a savvy choice. So the key is to TEST, again... To determine if it helps or halts conversions. This example we are seeing on direct response sales pages in the make money online nice. They rarely use this. Some do. So again, testing will determine the effect. (A savvy user tests, but even those, skip it some times, so it is best to use your own due diligence)
  • Live conversions. Showing that people are taking action, live on an option page.
  • Brandable color schemes and all. I want all my items, like their widgets to look like it is in-house and not integrated with any outside tech. This helps with our branding and lifts the perceived value of our company.
  • Showcasing coupon codes and or countdown timers. We have tested this ever so slightly and like it. We will be using it more in the future.
  • We've gotten great feedback from clients that we installed this on. They are happy with the live numbers we showcase on their sites.
  • We've seen a mild uptake on webinar optin pages which is greatly appreciated.
We have tested 3 other products in the past, all failed to have the complete solution we were looking for. Provely is here to stay and has added lots of features. 1 of the other tools we tested are low on features. 1 of the tools we tested had a short run and updates stopped and the project was abandoned. 1 of them never worked properly.

I am the owner of an Agency. I run it myself. I do all business functions at this time. This includes management, development, marketing, and everything in between. All tech-related issues, all support-related issues, and all financial issues are handled by me alone, and in the future, this will be expanded, but for now, this is a solo agency.

Marketer with an understanding of direct response copy. Sales psychology.
  • Show proof, to get others to take action.
  • Branding, to elevate perceived value.
  • Conversions, the overall best benefit as the end result.
  • We use it it says on the tin, to aid conversions. The only thing we do differently, is to add our own twist on the copy, so we might be innovative in that regard and drive more conversions than a standard user, but we have not measured this.
  • We plan to explore more of the widgets, but we normally want to show live conversions. The other use cases are not a 2nd priority list, so we may look at them later, but right now we are satisfied with the way we use it. It does however show promise as a more versatile option site-wide, so we are exploring adding it, to more pages, but we are testing one by one to be sure that it is right.
We see the professional look it gives, and the live proof it provides. It helps with conversions, so we want to be sure we have the optimized numbers for our business. It is worth keeping so we earn more leads, and sales by piggybacking on the psychological effect of FOMO and more. We believe it is a must have in our arsenal, at least on selected pages.
Yes
With our site builder, we have a social proof widget. It shows if people optin to our pages. Which is good. However, it has few options. So we can only select between two colors at the time. Even if this is "free" for us, we wanted a more brandable solution, and Provely provides this with their set of options. They also provide MORE widgets so if we want to take advantage of the other opportunities, we can. We are pleased with our choice.

Price, and features drove our decision. We knew there were other players in the market, but we wanted to use Provely as they offered a good price and a great set of features for that. We knew they integrated with many systems. We knew they allowed scale. We knew it was easy to use, or at least, we thought so, and we found out for sure when we got access. In the end, versatility and price drove our decision. We like options and love a good deal as the next guy, or gal.
I would choose them again. They have everything we need. And they are professional. Nothing bad to say and no other vendors we have seen are competitive in pricing so we are steady brand advocates.
  • Implemented in-house
Yes
1. Deciding on the type of widget.
2. Deciding the page.
3. Deciding the design, and copy.
4. Integration.
All of these, can be done in minutes, but we divided the steps here so you can see the phases.
You could swithc it around a bit, first decide the page ou want it on, have a ballpark idea on the copy, find the correct widget, design it, and put the words on, and then, integrate.
Change management was minimal
This is not a big thing, if you know you can benefit from it, any member of your team should be able to create a widget. If you are unsure about the integration, have your developer install it. Or you can simply follow the installation videos. It is easy for anyone to do, at least with those. But in all respect, if code intimidates you, or the notion of inserting it, hand it over to the tech people. It is copy-paste and done within 5 minutes. The cost of that is minimal if any.
  • Adding the code. We have 2 codes. One is for collecting data. One for showing the widget. We needed to go to the help videos for the setup, all the rest was baby work. And when we saw the videos, it was a matter of minutes and it was live and working. So, it is made for ease of use, and the techy bit is explained so anyone can understand it once looking at the instructions. There are videos that explain how to use it for different platforms so you should be covered.
The only thing to note, if you're afraid of tech, get the developer to install the code. You can do the design, but maybe get someone to install the code, again, it is done in minutes. Maybe 5. The other thing to note, keep an eye on your stats and analytics. You install this for a reason, to help with conversions. The only way to know for sure if it is right for your page(s) is to track it. If it does not aid your % it is of no use. Not EVERY page will be a candidate at all times. BUT, most are. So my advice is to go for it, get it set up. Track your before and after. If you an uplift in your % then keep it. If there is no visible change, maybe you're not tracking the right metrics over the right amount of time, so check if you can track deeper. If you have tracked really well, and not seeing an uplift, maybe change the wording, the widget, or the placement of it. And keep tracking. If there is no change short-term or long-term, then I would reflect on the usage. It is made to uplift conversions and it does so. But it is your job to place it where it matters, like on a lead magnet page, where others can see that they are not alone in both wanting and/or taking action and physically signing up to a lead magnet. So, again, my advice, get it set up. You will most likely do the job right on the first go, and from there, enjoy, and keep tracking.
We had a question... We asked about a certain feature... One that was not present. So, what happened is that they responded quickly, but also, they developed the feature FOR US, which is unprecedented in many ways. It is not the norm, so we were taken great care of. The support was more than helpful and we would recommend them any day of the week.
We bought the full package. Why? We wanted Branding Removal. This was important to us so we could be seen as the main tech company and not drive people off to another site. Even though we are advocates, we want to keep our people on our site and not risk loosing them to another page that is not ours. So, we look more professional, with no links or our links. And we get to keep our users on our page, which again, helps us keep our conversions, or drive them up. Granted, Provely has been a brand name for some time now, so "Verified by Provely" does hold some weight. But, we wanted to be the same weight holders and in time we will have a more recognized name in our circles so we think it only helps us to market our own brand.
No
We wanted to add our own color to the icons. This was not a feature set in the past. So, in order for us to brand ourselves 100% this is something we reached out to Provely about. To see if it could be done, no matter if it was not an option when we got access. They actually updated the software, added the choice. And yeah, we were happy campers to have the branding on par with our needs. Pleased to see they developed this in, and fast might I add. Exceptional support, check.
It's a ONE page for settings, and the code to use for integration. All is found in one place. It is made to be simple, with powerful features
  • Editing your widget is very easy.
  • Integrating the code is step-by-step easy
  • The only thing to new users that I find that COULD be an "alien project" could be the code integration. Although I find it easy, many people are afraid of code, afraid to break it, unsure of where to put it. The help videos are located in another section of the admin area. However, where we find the code to integrate, on the setting page, it could be beneficial to have a link to the video for an even faster setup.
