SAP Customer Data Solutions has been very helpful for out staff to simplify processes and systems in our medical practice. It's most helpful to streamline data entry and management of company data. Our primary use case with SAP Customer Data Solutions is to track customer activities and draw actionable insights based on these tracking metrics. We were missing out on a lot of personalization that we could offer to our end users, and with the help of SAP Customer Data Solutions, we were able to achieve that. Also, engaging with our end users on multiple channels and platforms is now very much seamless.

Pros

The activity history tab and the version control reports are very much comprehensive.
The customizations provided on the data interface across channels are very good with SAP customer data solutions.
The integration with other third party tools is very much direct and hassle-free.

Cons

The initial level implementation was a little time consuming process.
A consolidated dashboard for reports across channels could be very much useful.
A lot more help and support documents could be introduced as the platform is very vast to understand in a quick period of time.

With the help of the data-level personalization that we offer to our end users, we have been able to improve our overall user retention. It is very simple and straightforward to a personalization optimized for engagements and conversions. Also, the default in-built templates help us make our entire business process much quicker and much more efficient.

Implementing SAP Customer Data Platform allowed for an open dialogue between sales and marketing that led to attracting the accounts that our sales team values most while serving up a unique web experience for those accounts.

Experience with SAP has been a great in the past year that I've been a user. I would recommend any company to use SAP just because you can do alot in the system even procedures and processes can be automated easily without any learning curves. SAP has been all encompassing for our sales and customer data needs.

Many functionalities are still not very clear.
Its expensive, the reason why my company had to cut it.
You can only open a limited amount of windows at once or it slows down the UX
