Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use SmartRecruiters for all of our recruitment (Early Careers to Senior Hiring) in the UK and Australia. It supports all the way from attraction to onboarding where we move over to our HRIS. We have our website and LinkedIn integrated from an attraction perspective, DocuSign for contract generation and we're currently moving to a background screening provider who are part of the SR ecosystem.
Pros
- Simple backend set up and admin training
- Intuitive workflows
Cons
- Could be easier to organise back to back interviews
- Reporting is mostly very good but can end up with some duplicate data
Likelihood to Recommend
SmartRecruiters is the best ATS I have used in almost 15 years of recruiting. It's simple to use, has all the functionality you need and hiring managers also use the system very well. I've implemented it twice now and have found the process straightforward compared to other systems. I'd recommend for any organisation needing a solid recruitment platform - works very well globally too.
