Use Cases and Deployment Scope
With the growing importance of consumer feedback in today's digital world, online reviews now shape nearly every consumer decision. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us stay ahead of the curve. We have found numerous new advocates through asking for reviews, aligning to our goal of continuing to use the customer voice to prove the impact of our business. With the review questionnaire being more detailed, we have found that the quotes from customers that review us on TrustRadius for Vendors better align with our OKRS, therefore are used more frequently in our marketing materials.
Pros
- My account team: Riley Rogers and Anderson Duncan - always on it and so helpful
- Review generation = no stress. We’re not hamsters on a wheel—we don’t need to panic every quarter just to prove we belong at the top
- Questions are shaped around ROI and business objectives
- Strong, thoughtful questions lead to higher-quality quotes and more in-depth answers
Cons
- LLM searches. TrustRadius does not appear for Motive searches
- Google + SEO searches: TrustRadius does not appear until the 4th page when searching "Motive reviews" - not great!
- Rankings - It would be more competitive if the awards were ranked
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited if you want a presence on all of the "big review sites" - it's best practice for your business to be engaged on all of the sites, as prospects are reading and searching. I would say it's less appropriate if your typical buyer does not research for the product you are selling, or perhaps if your competitors are not present on this site.
