With the growing importance of consumer feedback in today's digital world, online reviews now shape nearly every consumer decision. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us stay ahead of the curve. We have found numerous new advocates through asking for reviews, aligning to our goal of continuing to use the customer voice to prove the impact of our business. With the review questionnaire being more detailed, we have found that the quotes from customers that review us on TrustRadius for Vendors better align with our OKRS, therefore are used more frequently in our marketing materials.

Cons
- LLM searches. TrustRadius does not appear for Motive searches
- Google + SEO searches: TrustRadius does not appear until the 4th page when searching "Motive reviews" - not great!
- Rankings - It would be more competitive if the awards were ranked
- Increased customer advocates
- Increased customer quotes for public usage
- Increased credibility in the market through all of the badges won
TrustRadius reviews are more in-depth and provide more of an angle on business objectives and strategic decisions. This is key for asking a VP or upper management for a review, to which you can leverage in your marketing efforts. I love this about TrustRadius for Vendors. We have found success in targeting a smaller group of customers and using the tactic of a $50 gift card, since the reviews are much longer to complete. It has worked very well in our favor!
We’re on every review site, and each has something different I appreciate. But what I really love about TrustRadius for Vendors is that we’re not stuck stressing about cranking out 500+ reviews every two months. Quality matters more than quantity to me when it comes to customer feedback, but G2’s system rewards the opposite. I applaud TrustRadius for Vendors for their methodology. It's a breath of fresh air for customer marketers.
