Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using TrustRadius to help with our review process and to keep a pulse on how our company is doing compared to our competitors. We also have implemented their reviews API on our website to help dynamically populate our reviews on our web pages to help with social proof.

We are just launching the intent-driven lead program now. We are still very early in our launch phase so we don't have too much feedback right now. I will say it is taking a bit longer to launch this compared to similar campaigns we have run with other vendors.
This is very helpful for our team to know how we stack up against our competition. It's great to see what updates we need to make on our product and what features we may be lacking compared to our competitors. It is also helpful to see how our support team is doing with our clients.
Our custom support rep is very helpful and easy to get in contact with. The monthly checkins are very helpful for our team to get a task list built on what we need to check off. She lets us know If we are in the running for a new award that is coming up and how many reviews we need to be considered for the award.
I would say all these vendors are very alike and the portals are pretty much the same. The most important thing for our team is our lead generation from each of these vendors. TrustRadius is on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to intent lead generation. The reviews vendors I would say are all on par with one another.

The review process has its pros and cons. The review process is extensive and they ask a lot of great questions in the process. The reviews help us understand what we as a company are doing right and what we need to improve on. On the other hand since the review process is quite long we do see a lower conversion rate of reviews.
