UUKI has become a go-to platform for users looking to manage multiple communities and create private spaces for specific subjects. Users have found that UUKI offers a more flexible and customizable alternative to Facebook groups, which have restrictions and limited reach. With UUKI, users have been able to release niche communities for various objectives such as training, recruitment, and customer support. The speed of deployment and ease of use have been significant factors in users' decision to transition to UUKI for their community needs.
One of the standout features of UUKI is its secure and data-rich environment. Unlike Facebook groups, where data can be lost if the account gets banned, UUKI provides a reliable space for building communities with premium content. Users have appreciated the ability to handle payments, use a custom domain, and have ownership over their data. Additionally, UUKI's management and moderation tools, analytics, monetization options, and sub-forums have helped users better understand and serve their communities.
Furthermore, UUKI's gamification elements like karma, rank, and leaderboard can be customized to fit a brand or community's specific needs. Users have found these features useful for nurturing their communities, engaging customers, increasing retention, and promoting word-of-mouth. The platform also offers various customization options such as choosing a theme that matches the brand identity and using a customized domain name.
Overall, UUKI has provided an easy-to-use online community-building platform that caters to the diverse needs of its users. From creating user-generated content indexed by Google to curating discussions or migrating social media followers, users have found value in the program's user-friendly interface and frequent updates. The supportive and responsive team behind UUKI has further instilled confidence in the product's future. Whether it's for business or personal use, UUKI is seen as an essential tool for building and monetizing thriving communities.
Effective Community Management: Users have praised UUKI's community management features, with several reviewers highlighting the ability to create multiple threads and access permissions. The structured environment and member engagement facilitated by UUKI have been appreciated by users.
Scalability and Customization Options: Reviewers have mentioned that UUKI allows for unlimited members and storage, providing scalability and growth opportunities for communities. Additionally, users appreciate the full control over functionality and white-labeling options offered by UUKI, enabling them to customize the platform according to their specific needs.
User-Friendly Interface and Excellent Support: Multiple users have commended UUKI's user interface for its simplicity and intuitive nature, making it easy to navigate and use. The ease of setup and use has made UUKI accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Furthermore, reviewers have highlighted the wonderful support provided by the UUKI team in addressing queries or issues promptly.
Image Uploading Issues: Some users have experienced difficulties with image uploading, noting that sometimes images wouldn't upload or update correctly. These issues have caused frustration and inconvenience for some reviewers.
Problematic Creation of New Spaces: Users mentioned that creating new spaces was sometimes problematic, as new spaces didn't always get added when creating them. This has led to confusion and inefficiency in organizing work for some customers.
Awkward Scrolling in Text Editor: The text editor was criticized for requiring awkward scrolling and was suggested to be updated to be more user-friendly. This limitation has negatively impacted the editing experience for several users.
Users commonly recommend UUKI for building a community platform and suggest using it instead of social media. They find the user interface sufficient and believe it has the potential to accommodate web3 communities in the future. Users also appreciate the control over the group and the absence of constantly changing rules and algorithms found on social media platforms. It is recommended to have moderators in place and to try out all the features during the trial period.
Users highly suggest using UUKI to create online communities and emphasize the developers' track record for excellence. They recommend UUKI for community/forum SaaS and believe it is worth considering depending on the use case. It is advised to invest time to familiarize oneself with UUKI and join their community. Users also mention that UUKI is a good tool for building and scaling a community, offering great value and a solid platform with speedy development.
Another common recommendation is for those in need of a fully customizable community platform with excellent support.
Lastly, users highlight UUKI's lack of ads as a positive aspect.

Game Changing Community Builder
- I am a content creator and social media marketer. When I create courses, I use UUKI as a social media platform so that my users can ask questions and collaborate with other users
- We'll the UI/UX can definitely have some improvement. The event feature is also something that they can improve on. I know it is not the main feature but I like it and I hope they can develop it more.
Good community builder
The UI needs some serious work, some bit of customisation, adding a HERO, a header, and maybe a payment portal will be helpful. Having a set of tutorials will help catch up easily with the tool and the options. I would love some more analytics. Having an integration with social media, such as, ability to invite Facebook friends to join the community will be helpful.
