Perfect Circle of vantage
In our organisation we are using vantage circle to get vantage point as appropriation to employees. It is difficult to handover prices in cash to employees but vantage circle helps to directly transafer it to respective employees where employee can use it as per there use which gives wide scope to use vantage point in the forms of gift card of various marchant

We use it as an appreciation platform, the company adds points for gifts, appreciating the efforts. This platform helps us in making use of the points wherever we like which is the best part of it, you have so many options of vouchers listed. More Rewarding Shopping with Vantage Circle!!
Vantage Circle is one of the most comprehensive ways to compensate associates. Very easy and smooth to use. Coupons are available for all trusted vendors. When rewards are added to CTC for an employee, it gets taxable. The best part here is the taxpayer will get some benefits/rewards points that are non-taxable, which makes it more worthwhile.

It is a user friendly tool which we can use to Reward, Appreciate Colleagues and Purchase goods with the Vantage Points. Also we can view our own Awards and Vantage Points.
One more advantage of using Vantage Circle is we will be notified with the Corporate Offers available for us, which we can avail it and can get the Vantage Points associated with the purchase.

But Vantage points can surpass this and we can get Bonus in terms of points which is as equal to the bonus we receive. This money is not taxable and also We can buy any kind of products using them. I have used a lot of them as Amazon coupons which helped me to buy lot of Amazing Stuff.

I got vantage points in form of rewards from my company. This platform has partnerships with almost all the e-commerce apps or brands, whichever voucher you want you can redeem. Also, it is very user-friendly and easy to use. Whenever you redeem a voucher, you get an instant voucher number and Pin which can be redeemed instantly at any store.
