EMR and RCM Services

We use both the EMR and RCM services for our company. The EMR has always been very therapist friendly with functional options that help reduce documentation time. The RCM allows the billing to be all inclusive with the EMR and keeps the workflow happening quicker for the turnaround for payement.

In my opinion, Accounting and billing for the system is horrible. In our experience, making payments and tracking payments are inaccurate. To me, it seems like you are dealing with two different companies because, in my experience, they don't communicate.
