Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We used WebPT as are EMR for in-clinic use for our specialized PT clinic. We utilized it for scheduling, documentation, HEP's and RTM. It helped organize everything into one concise location. All therapists, not dependent on discipline, were able to access patient charts, information and update on a day to day basis.

Pros

  • simple format

Cons

  • 0 had some functional errors in terms of staying up
  • was not a fan of the long scroll in 2.0
  • more of 1.0 version
  • better outcome measurements tracking and results, led to our top 10% in neck and low back tx
  • unsure on insurance/$ aspect
  • less denials

From my experience, I think most outpatient clinics could benefit from WebPT. Especially if you are unspecialized and general, it is a clean and simple format to utilize for day to day patient care. I am not sure on the higher end of clinics because it can be hard to fit the scope of what you are doing in some of the treatment tabs or any other setting is outside my scope.
