Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We previously utilized WebPT, primarily in the outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy setting. The business problems that WEBPT mainly addressed were scheduling evaluations and follow-up appointments for patients, utilizing WEBPT as a medium for producing SOAP notes and documentation for each patient case, as well as for billing purposes.

  • Ability to see when progress notes are required.
  • An online attachment for Therapeutic Exercise Inclusion.
  • Templates for constructing patient evaluations.
  • Improved Compliance of Home Exercise Program.
  • Increased ability to reach out to patients regarding appointment and follow ups.
  • Increased claim rates.
WEBPT's digital platform is much easier overall to navigate and utilize. Each of the settings is clear, concise, and not cluttered. The EMR also allows for improved reliability and was not offline during peak hours, unlike previously utilized EMRs. Its reliability was a key factor in why WEBPT was selected.

WEBPT is well-suited for practices with higher volumes, primarily in an orthopedic-based outpatient setting, where ease of use is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient documentation display. This also helps clinicians and front desk staff organize appointments and initial evaluations. WEBPT would be less appropriate in a lower-volume practice or setting where there is limited staff.
