Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We utilize WebPT's documentation and billing software for our Speech Pathology practice. There are limited EMR's that support Speech Pathology and provide add on features such as billing and AI supported documentation.
Pros
- Sales process is very thorough and explains all services clearly.
- Course that train on each component that you purchase are easy to follow and understand.
- Friendly Staff
Cons
- Once the product was purchases, I was not contacted. After 2 weeks, I contact them to get the process moving.
- Poor support by my lead consultant. Missed meeting, poor follow through. I ask for someone new and the manager acknowledged my request but did not follow through.
- Training and documentation lack SLP specific content.
