What is Zentail?

Zentail is a commerce operations management (COM) platform that aims to simplify ecommerce. Features include PIM technology, listing, repricing, inventory management, supply chain and order management. Zentail integrates into various sales channels, like Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping, Walmart Marketplace and Shopify. Its AI-powered PIM tech (SMART Types) lets sellers adapt product data to each marketplace's requirements and avoid listing errors or incomplete data.

The platform was named "The Best Multichannel Inventory Management Tool for U.S. Marketplaces" by Web Retailer in 2019.

Zentail offers solutions tailored to Amazon resellers, brand owners and multichannel companies. Each plan includes access to free multichannel tools.

The main reason why we use this program in my job is to generate more profits in the least possible type and in the most efficient way that we have seen, Zentail that stands out for being a helping hand for many companies to exploit sales of noticeably on the web, there are many resources that this program uses to be a support for its users and the results are always good and advantageous for any type of business that wants its products or services to be noticed in the cloud.

There are many pages and websites where this program gives you the opportunity to experience a business process with new customers interested in your business and the products you offer.
Zentail is a space where the best sellers can achieve new goals for their company, with the aim of seeing massive growth in their work and highlighting their position.

Cons

One of the things that makes it difficult for us is to fully understand the objective of each of the functions of this program and how it works correctly.
I would like a new update to improve and innovate with the presentation of images that we upload, I would like to be able to group them in a more attractive and interactive order for the client.

Return on Investment

Zentail is the main program that most expands the products of my department of work, as well as the main entrance of the commercial and economic processes.
