We use the ABM platform to prioritize accounts, serve warm accounts to our sales and BDR teams for quality outreach and gather intent data for personalized experiences through Mutiny. We recently brought in Sales Intelligence to enable sales teams and meet them in their workflow to bring this data front and center in Salesforce and are testing contact acquisition.
Pros

- Syncs to multiple display platforms
Cons
- Reporting, specifically advertising and segment reporting and pulling that into a single view in CRM
- Company contact quality
- Higher opportunity conversion rates on 6QA accounts compared to non-6QA accounts
- Shorter deal cycles for accounts in decision and purchase
- Higher booking conversion rates on 6QA opportunities compared to non-6QA opportunities
6sense has done a great job of identifying anonymous signals to accounts, providing recommended actions to the BDRs and sales teams for multi-threading and better targeting with higher ROI for display and social advertising.
We rely heavily on the AI-powered buying stages and interaction with sales and marketing activities. The platform could benefit from more precise visibility into the sales and marketing activities including a more clear view of time engaged.
