Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use 6sense well. We had ZoomInfo and we replaced them with 6sense to capture leads and really good client information, get up-to-date, reliable data on who our customers are and we're really only just beginning to scratch the surface of what 6sense can apply. Everything from the AI sales to the scheduling aspect, those would be super exciting things that I want to apply. But how we're using it is really the integration with the extension through Edge and Google Chrome. So using that on LinkedIn and Sales NAVIGATOR to pull those information, those contacts. I have a list, wherever that list is, I'm either going to upload it into 6sense based on the template or grab them all from LinkedIn and put them into our CRM and follow up.

Pros

  • It seamlessly merges with our CRM, from my experience. Other people have a different story. You'd have to talk to our ops and ERP, but in terms of its use and usability, it's super friendly. The enrichment lists and needing to name multiple lists I think can get a little repetitive and maybe that could get consolidated in some fashion, but it's a very minuscule complaint. I think long-term though, it's more valuable to have just multiple iterations of the list, whether that's contacts, accounts, so you have an always a backup. I think we're totally spoiled by Apple and Google with auto save and these things. In reality, you never know what could happen. It's great to have those extra places and 6sense really helps with that.

Cons

  • I don't think I can really accurately answer that because I'm not using it to the fullest ability, but I do use it frequently.
I use these capabilities and so you just want to know. Just kind of like how it's helped you identify it does those things. What you described is what it does. You're basically reading a definition and so yes, that's what happens.

It's appropriate for anybody that does sales. I literally brag to everybody that I could find anyone anywhere with LinkedIn and 6sense and as Big Brother-y and scary that is, it is rather powerful to be able to reach across this entire globe and be able to touch somebody where they are in a way, in a language and in an environment that suits them. That's the definition of real sales is it's consultative, it's not jamming product and 6sense facilitates that and we couldn't be happier. I've used ZoomInfo.
