Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

I use this product daily. I get emails, inbound emails at daily report emails to qualify to go through leads. I'm in that tool every day. If not, I have a job because of 6sense. I'm able to strategize and optimize and report back on account activity to my sales team with accurate reporting data. Even if there's an issue with the data, we can work hand in hand because 6sense enables us to collaborate efficiently based on various data points and ease of access and ease of use for sure.

Pros

  • I think one of my favorite features are the Bombora Surge topics, I'm able to take a topic that a segment is really highly active in and create an outbound sequence based on that, just targeting certain personas. Like on the buying committee, identifying activity. I can create an end-to-end campaign just with 6sense data.

Cons

  • I would love to see more strategy-based assets and education-based marketing from 6sense being put out to clients.
  • Opportunity conversion, definitely increased opportunity, conversion rates and very high deal size. The size of the deal that is touched by marketing and engaged in 6sense paid media campaigns is proportionately increased versus if they were just an inbound or if they were just work by sales.
There's been instances where it has, there's also been instances where it has not, and usually the instances where it has not, it's just an issue on our part. It's a map data issue, it's data integrity. 6sense does a really good job of providing you with the best solution based on what you have. If your data foundation is bad or funky, your 6sense instance is going to be bad and funky. It's time to revisit and rework that map data in that six-way stuff.
I definitely use AI capabilities to predictive predictive modeling and predictive data pools. They make my job a lot easier instead of having to lead, hunt, and dig through things. It always, it's not a hundred percent true with any kind of predictive model, but it's good to at least have a baseline to start from and then validate as you go.

I think it's more suited for people or the access that we have. Sales intelligence and the predictive model. It's more suited for people on the demand gen side, the actual iframe itself. Then sales intelligence is for our sales team. It makes sense for demand gen and ABM analysts have access to both, but truthfully, our source of truth and bread and butter is the predictive model.
