Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use it for ABM, Sales, Display, and Workflows.

Gathering lead and intent data in one place and funneling information over to our CRM.

Pros

  • Display advertising
  • Quick lead purchasing
  • Segmentation

Cons

  • Workflows
  • Syncing with Marketo
  • AB testing
While the new segmentation updates are great but Workflows are not intuitive at all. There are also rules that are not commen with other similar programs like not being able to stop or change a workflow once someone is in the stream.
  • Thousands of people entered as bad data into our system

We have been having a lot of issues with bugs and also with lead purchasing after turning off workflows. This would make me tell others not to use the system if it is charging you after you turn systems off.
