Overall Satisfaction with 6sense
In theory, we should be using 6sense to identify high-intent, best-fit accounts and doubling down on them in both sales and marketing and automating campaigns, advertising, etc. But it seems as if adoption has been sporadic and people are using it inconsistently, hence why I am rating this a 5. I think the tool itself has a lot of value, but the onboarding and continuing education needs to be better from the 6sense side for us to see the full value of this very expensive tool. Also, we tried to connect the advertising portion to both display and LinkedIn, but it never worked properly, so we ended up abandoning that part of the platform. I'd love to review this part again to get the full value of the tool. A rating of 10 is what I think the value of this tool holds intrinsically and a rating of 2 is roughly the value we're actually deriving from it currently.
Pros
- Showing intent
- Segmenting accounts
- Providing clear dashboards of accounts in market
Cons
- Onboarding
- Easy to replicate workflows
- It has not shown results yet and is very expensive.
6sense does not provide contact-level intent, so it's been very hard to take anonymous signals at huge companies and understand exactly which teams in these enterprise-size companies are interested in our company. In this instance, it has not been very helpful.
