We use 8x8 to connect with internal staff and contact clients for phone sessions and text communication. As an outpatient treatment program, we provide telehealth counseling and coordination case management services for our clients. We also use video conferencing for internal meetings or supervision when we cannot meet at the same site.
Pros

- Quick responses from customer service.
Cons
- Sometimes sound quality is poor, or calls get dropped without understanding why.
- I appreciate that I can hide client identifying information for when I place calls or text.
