Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
I have been using and administering 8x8 for 10 years now. The call quality and video quality are generally outstanding. Should you ever experience a problem with the services, the helpdesk answer your call in a very timely manner (unlike many other providers) and resolutions generally only take a matter of minutes in most cases.
The admin portal which you can access yourself is easy to follow and the online free video training is first class.
Highly recommend 8x8 to all companies, not only small to medium.

Pros
- Mobility, it works on everything! phone laptop, desktop, tablets
- Call quality
- Call encryption
- ease of use
- ability to set business hours so i dont get calls evenings and weekends
- Automated attendants are fabulous and easy to use
- Ring/call queues
Cons
- ability to add a range of dates in VCC schedules would be good
- Remove the "your change was successful" banner
- I dont get involved with the finance side of the business
- 3CX and Microsoft Teams
3CX has a very poor admin portal and its difficult to use. The support you get from them is minimal and they rely on existing users to fix their issues using a forum, their nkowledge base compared to 8x8 is very poor and so is their support
Microsoft Teams simply does not have the amount of available features that 8x8 has as a product and again their support relies heavily on forums and advocates fixing their issues. I had major issues logging support calls with MS, its almost impossible to actually talk to a person either in chat or on the phone, this make resolution time much longer than 8x8.
