Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a financial planning firm, having 8x8 allows me to work anywhere in the world via the app. Can make and answer calls anywhere. The app is easy to use and precise. Makes for a perfect extension to my work place. Everyone on my team uses it and we have had great luck with them.

Usability

It’s been easy to use. Have used it for several years at this point and I enjoy having the app on my phone. I don’t have to call in to check voicemail it just comes up in the app. I can also forward voicemails to other people on my team

Well purposed for people that are on the go. Gives you the ability to answer calls outside of your office. The scenario that doesn’t not work as well is with internet based phones. The system can go down too much and then even the app doesn’t work. You are dead in the water
