8x8 Work is a Must Have
Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 Work so that we can utilize and integrate virtual assistants into our property management and real estate company and workflow. 8x8 Work solves the issue of not being able to utilize our Comcast Business phone service off-shore. We have been using 8x8 Work for nearly a year now and are thrilled with the features and reliability. We particularly liked the ability to choose our own local number. We were able to select three different numbers that very closely aligned with our current numbers with Comcast Business. The few times that we have needed to contact customer service, we can always speak to a live person and have received exceptional customer service. We have strongly considered just switching to utilizing 8x8 Work as our sole phone provider in order to really be able to benefit from all that 8x8 Work has to offer. In any case, 8x8 Work has allowed us to better serve our tenant base and ensure they are more readily able to speak to a live person and have their issues promptly acknowledged and addressed. We couldn't be more thrilled and highly recommend 8x8 Work to our fellow landlords in the Spokane area and beyond.

8x8 Work was our choice because it could be used outside of the United States. Also, it had great reviews and came highly recommended from a client of ours that was already utilizing 8x8 Work. Other options were either not available in the locations we needed and/or didn't have the same level of comprehensive service and features and call quality that we needed and that our tenants deserve.
