Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 Work for all of our phone services through VOIP rather than landlines. They provide dial in and dial out access as well as voicemail. Every employee has their app and can access all of their features. You can add contacts, create groups, and in general use it the way old style phone systems used to be used.

- Dial out whether locally or in another state
Cons
- Caller ID seems to be not available for some numbers
- Have the name on Caller ID automatically move to a contact
- Identify the Caller ID on the voicemail listing
- Standardized phone service for the organization
- Eliminated the need for different systems for remote staff.
