Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

I use 8x8 X Series at [the] office and on [my] laptop and cellphone for remote access. Can usually access outside of office

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Remote access is helpful. Can access work phone and voicemail from home or while traveling, as long as there is a connection. If poor service, it is problematic, but otherwise works fairly well, and it is linked with both phone and laptop to the office phone, so can access on all devices.
