Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty

We use AB Tasty in our organization to run ab tests, though sometimes we use it to for personalizations. This tool is very useful for us when working with mid/big size clients. It has a lot of useful features to set up campaigns in an advance way. One thing to highlight about AB Tasty is the fact that they are always innovating.

The tool’s usability is excellent, with a smooth and intuitive interface. It is continuously updated with new features and improvements aimed at enhancing the user experience. Setting up experiments and personalizations is straightforward, thanks to a well-structured process that even less experienced users can easily follow. There are sometimes small issues with the QA section which slows the QA process but it is so much better now compared to 2024.
AB Tasty is the king when it comes to cost/benefit. It is not the cheapest but not the most expensive. It is a very advanced tool and we like the fact of not having to pay extra fees for more advanced features that we may only use for one test. Also, the chat support outperforms the other platforms support, AB Tasty is the only one who offers chat support, in fact.

It is a top tier tool, this is for advance use. It needs some expertise and people need to have an idea of how to configure the tests. A highlight about AB Tasty is that, unlike other tools, this one is not charging you extra fees for everything. The plans are very complete and provide a lot, may be even more than needed.
