Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty

We use this to do personalisation and ab testing on our website. We wanted to use this tool so that we could test out new features before they were built / launched by our development teams, to help us improve online customer journeys and push further customers down the online funnels.

I think it is relatively self explanatory to use, if there are any difficulties then there are help icons on there to tell you.
I think AB Tasty is more advanced, has less limitations and helps you get your experimentation programme up and running. It is also very cost efficient in comparison too, making it an ideal choice if a business doesn't have a large amount of budget or is on the start of their experimentation journey.

If you have the budget and can build your own tests / QA yourself then this tool would be ideal. If you need a lot of support then maybe another tool with better communication plans would be suited better

There is a vast amount of training available on their online platform, including their university area of which you can get certified for (and then share this with your connections on platforms such as Linkedin). There is also specific hand created training which can be provided by your customer success manager if that is requested by yourself.
