Currently, we started to use Acquia and analyze how it enhances our business markets. hope it will help us to reach our goals. Acquia helps us to drive a digital experience platform in a flexible and scalable manner. We have utilized a certain percentage of the Acquia Marketing cloud platform. Maybe once we have utilized it completely, we are too good to give a better rating than the previous one. I think Acquia is a better platform for the Marketing aspect.

we have a scenario called abandoned cart which is a more complex scenario in any e-commerce platform. In that scenario we have to trigger emails based on the user abandoned cart, user abandoned browse sessions, and user abandoned Wishlist. For that, we have faced lots and lots of challenges to solve that particular challenge.
