Currently, I am using these products from Acquia which are Cloud Enterprise, Website Factory, and Campaign Studio. All products are meeting customer expectations. Especially platform support and uptime.

Autoscaling feature is missing in the current Cloud platform in EU region.
More external tools can be integrated with Campaign Studio

Reduce the overall maintenance cost
Keeping the website up and running, that means high availability platform
