Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
We use Act-On to communicate with our members (customers) through email and track their online interests to foster better relationships.
- It's a user-friendly platform that gives us flexibility in design and content.
- It collects tons of useful data to help us better understand what each individual customer is looking for in our products.
- It eases communication between us and our customer and allows communication to be consistent and branded.
- We would really like Act-On to remember more of our company's settings, such as brand colors and fonts, so they could be set as our defaults.
- Better customer service
