We use Act-On to communicate with our members (customers) through email and track their online interests to foster better relationships.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It's a user-friendly platform that gives us flexibility in design and content.
It collects tons of useful data to help us better understand what each individual customer is looking for in our products.
It eases communication between us and our customer and allows communication to be consistent and branded.

Cons

We would really like Act-On to remember more of our company's settings, such as brand colors and fonts, so they could be set as our defaults.

I do not know too much about this product, but I know Act-On was more within our budget.

It has honestly made communication efforts 100 percent easier and more effective.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would say use Chrome or FireFox when working with Act-On. Internet Explorer doesn't always play nice.
