Overall Satisfaction with Act-On Software

Act-On Software is our marketing automation tool where we design and execute campaign from, starting from segmentation and ending up with email outreach analysis. On top, Act-On Software is also used by our sales team within SFDC plug-in where they learn about anonymous traffic, and engagement of their owned prospects.

  • Help and guidance with custom projects
  • Audience segmentation is limitless and provides insigthful data

Cons

  • Onboarding new users
  • Standard development courses are not offered anymore
  • Integrations with popular software
  • multiple user collaboration could be improved
  • list uploads should be smoother
There are some features that don't exist, for example, who from the team last edited a form/list, etc.
Act-On Software's integration with SFDC is very customisable
