For the past nine years, I have used Act-On Software as my company's primary resource for email automation, website visitor reporting and other key marketing communication and sales enablement functions. The software provides a fantastic one-stop shop for email design, database segmentation and management (syncs well with Salesforce), A/B testing, drip campaigns, and reporting, which makes it easier and quicker for my department and company to acclimate to Act-On's features, share vital information and attribute our performance.

Act-On Software's learning curve is a short one, which helped me get up and running when I first started with my company and has allowed me to do the same for others who have since joined my department. The interface is extremely intuitive with easy-to-find links/functionality in logical places, which helps avoid wasting time trying to find things. Developers have continued to listen to user feedback and improve the software based on it.
Without Act-On Software's ability to sync with our Salesforce database, we would most likely not be a customer. This seamless connection is vital to not only communicating with our leads and contacts but reaching the right ones with our messaging.
