Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
- We use ActiveCampaign to send out email communications to our audience. We also use it to organize our list of 150k based on what online course they are in, what free resources they have signed up for, which funnel they joined us by. And last, we use it to send out automated emails for our online courses.
- We were initially using Campaign Monitor and were very happy with them. But then we started using Thinkific for our online courses, and Thinkific did not integrate with Campaign Monitor, so we switched to ActiveCampaign. We've been pretty happy with it, and it integrates well with Thinkific.
- List Management
- Email Automation
- Email delivery
- Reporting
- We are more able to track our ROI now because we can more easily see where people came from (we use tags to accomplish this).
- There has been no negative impact.
- It's way better than Constant Contact (I still use Constant Contact for one of my clients and find it very, very frustrating!).
- I like some options ActiveCampaign has over Campaign Monitor - tagging, automation, etc. are all a lot better/easier. BUT we have noticed a significant dip in deliverability, based on user feedback. I think that fewer people see our emails since we've switched, and the folks at ActiveCampaign can't seem to find a reason for it.
