Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is fabulous, I use it for all of my business direct mail for lead generation, awareness, marketing and selling.
Pros
- It allows me to segment my customers, tag them, so that I can speak only to their specific interests so I don't burn my list out with inappropriate emails.
- It offers me the ability to monitor my click through rates, so I can follow up with clients who've shown an interest in certain products or offers and to be able to resend campaigns to customers that haven't opened an email, which results in higher open rates and more sales.
- It's highly intuitive and easy for me and for my team to work with.
Cons
- I can't think what you could improve, it's great value and perfect for what I require right now.
- ActiveCampaign has definitely helped me to stay in touch with my customers and supported me in lead generation, creating sales and website traffic.
I started off with a free service that very quickly didn't meet my requirements and didn't have many of the integrations offered by ActiveCampaign. I chose ActiveCampaign for its integrations, functionality and value.
