Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I own a small business and use ActiveCampaign across the whole organization, as it is integrated with most of the tools I use. It allows me to create a database of potential clients and build a relationship with them based on trust, as well to keep the contact with those who already bought from me, so they become loyal clients.
Pros
- Automations is one of the features I love the most. I can create workflows to welcome new leads or new clients, to let them know about me and my company, to sell my products and services taking into account their interests and behaviour (if they read an e-mail, if they clicked an offer, if they already bought another product...). I can even recover abandoned carts.
- I love the possibility to personalize my e-mails according to my contacts profile or behaviour, so they feel I talk directly to them (I call them by their names or show some paragraphs just to those who attended some courses).
- It is also great that it allows direct and easy integrations with most of the marketing tools and softwares in the market.
Cons
- The pricing plan changes from 10.000 to 25.000 contacts and I miss a new pricing plan in the middle, from 10.000 to 15.000 or 17.500 contacts.
- It is not possible to pay the monthly bill by Paypal.
- I miss the display of automations or sequences which are built inside other main automations.
- I allows me to convert visitors to my website into leads, and some of these leads into clients (~ 400 leads/monthly).
