Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

The ActiveCampaign interface is simple to use and very intuitive. We use ActiveCampaign to automate our lead engagement. We also utilize their sync with Salesforce. This helps to maintain consistency across all our data. The functionality that we use most is the email automation. It gives us the ability to intuitively nurture our leads.

Cons

  • The Salesforce sync could use more logic and customization.
  • We have seen an huge boost in productivity.
We have used Constant Contact in the past. ActiveCampaign is light years ahead of Constant Contact. It works well with other systems. It is less bulky, and it has a more intuitive UI and UX. The support team at ActiveCampaign are always helpful. Additional, the API integration with ActiveCampaign is much easier to use.
We have social ads that direct to a landing page. When a lead fills out the form, ActiveCampaign does all the work. This included the initial email. A text message, a follow up email with forms and a series of reminders to our internal team to follow up and engage with the lead.
