Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We are a building business, two partners, who now do it all. ActiveCampaign helps us connect to our followers and providing value through our email campaigns. It also supports us in automation of a bunch of tasks, which is very important to us, since we for now do all the aspects of our business ourselves.
- Automation.
- Ease of composing campaigns.
- Integration with other platforms and services.
- Most of our desired features are available in higher plans. So for us, more expanded small/starting business plans would be very welcome.
- Visually more attractively designed public archive pages.
- Even more advanced e-mail composer/designer.
- General library of mails used in automations.
- A funnel overview view. Part of it could be another presentation of automations. In addition, a feature to visualize an entire funnel (which could include multiple automations and external landing pages).
- Difficult for me to determine ROI. It helped us to triple our audience though.
- Automations helped us create evergreen campaigns and save time, e.g. in the follow-up of strategy sessions.
