Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to send emails, and keep track of the engagement with our emails.
Our clients love the daily interaction with the emails we send and we track different media we include inside our email stories.
Over time we managed to find out which videos our clients love the most, which was long-form podcasts and videos explaining the science behind our services.

I prefer ActiveCampaign, it worked seamlessly with the marketing we were doing, sending emails with links inside. It tracked those links well and made it easier for us to include more of them over the years we have been using ActiveCampaign.

The price point for our needs was a good value compared to the other options we used previously.
  • A most crucial aspect for us is making sure we send our clients stories and videos via email every day, except weekends.
  • ActiveCampaign is a good tool to ensure your marketing is on track.

1 - It is important to have attention to detail, and make sure to do the right messages and manage clients well.

Love the product! ActiveCampaign is crucial to our professional practice at every step, staying on top of client service and marketing to new clients.

Evaluating ActiveCampaign and Competitors

Yes - Sending manual emails and using workarounds with Gmail, also replaced Contactually, because it served my needs better.

ActiveCampaign saved me a lot of time, I was able to replace random notes about clients and which products they used and now I am on top of my client service and marketing like never before. It will not be possible to manage the clients' satisfaction process without ActiveCampaign to keep me accountable.
I am satisfied with the product compared to the other options I considered. ActiveCampaign keeps me on top of my client service and marketing as a professional kinesiologist.

ActiveCampaign Implementation

Very satisfied with our implementation in our professional medical practice, allowing us to be on top of client service, and not miss out on crucial information and insights. Marketing is often neglected in professional practices and ActiveCampaign solved this problem with aplomb.
Not sure - People do not like implementing a new product and getting used to it. It takes careful planning and consideration to "force" people to use it for the first few weeks before it becomes seamless and produce the required ROI, which for us is both time savings (hours per week) and increased income from finally being on top of client satisfaction and marketing correct products to the correct clients at the right time.

ActiveCampaign Training

Yes, it is easy to learn to use. With the use of ActiveCampaign over a two-week timeframe I managed to implement it. The time it takes to set up the email campaigns is worthwhile and is all to do with the "human" factor in writing them and not how well ActiveCampaign works. ActiveCampaign works very well.

Configuring ActiveCampaign

We found ActiveCampaign configurable enough for our professional practice. We changed a few things, in the beginning, to make it easier to implement and as we developed our practice we felt comfortable to add the complex functionality. We will add the additional functionality as we grow - ActiveCampaign makes it easy to grow with our practice.
Use it step by step, and change small things at a time.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - Changed the metrics on the interface which was important to us, which changed as our company grew.
No - we have not done any custom code

I don't need it yet. The support I have received was stellar.
I wanted to change my account name, when my business partner left the company, and they carefully explained to me how the process will work and that I have to be sure I want to change it. I had clarity about the change and made a good decision when they changed it for me.
I received support quickly and they resolved my technical query efficiently.

In my professional practice it is an integral and rock-solid addition to our team. Love the time it saved us when we implemented it and now the additional income it gives us from our improved customer service and marketing investments. It is scalable with my professional practice and is very unlikely for us to outgrow ActiveCampaign which is a huge PLUS.

We are not a big company, and I don't believe we will outgrow ActiveCampaign.
Always been available when we needed to use it.
