It is primarily used in our marketing department, but acts as the main source of truth for all operations around customer relations. AC's integrations allows it to collect data from all our properties to pull customer activity into a usable and valuable way.

- Customization of your email campaigns is easy to design and templates of commonly used elements can be saved to be used over and over again.
- Detailed reporting gives you an in-depth look at your marketing efforts and the interaction of your customers through their journey in your marketing campaign.
- Mobile reporting is improving, but still needs work on giving value on automation and campaign reports.
- Still not possible to edit or compose email campaigns within the mobile app.
