I use ActiveCampaign for all my email lists, audience segmentation, automations and minor audience research. It is an easy to use platform offering a variety of tools that I use to build customer funnels and automation that help my business curate creative and targeted emails for our audience. The robust system saves time and headache which means we can check these tasks off the list and trust they will work.

I cannot immediately see open rates from the main page.
Some details are deeper in menus and could be a little more obvious.
The mobile site is difficult to navigate easily.
