Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm a small business owner and use AC for my email marketing and funnels. My VA also helps me set up automation funnels and forms and AC makes it so simple. I've been using ActiveCampaign for a couple of years now and I've never had any issues. I always recommend it to my clients as well.

Pros and Cons

I love that I can easily segment my list so that I'm only sending certain emails to certain people (and not spamming the rest).
I absolutely love the automation capabilities because I know that when anyone joins my list they will have a great similar experience and I don't have to worry about them not receiving an important email.
Being able to duplicate past campaigns and create templates is a huge time saver for me and my VA.

I'm not really sure how to fix this, but I swear I'm not even using it to its full capacity because I would need to take the time to search through the trainings and watch them.
It might just be my computer but I often have really slow loading speeds when using it.

Return on Investment

The biggest positive impact for me has been saving me time and frustration. It's so nice to be able to set up an automation and know that AC is then doing the heavy lifting for me. And I can even duplicate those automations later.

Alternatives Considered

ConvertKit

I had heard great things from other entrepreneurs about AC so I switched from ConvertKit and haven't looked back. I didn't have a terrible experience with ConvertKit, I had just heard that AC had better capabilities and my experience has been excellent so I've never thought to switch back.

Usability

I'm an incredibly visual person and while I feel like it's easy to use and the tutorials are great, sometimes the layouts of various things isn't as visually intuitive to me.

Support Rating

I believe I only had to use support once and it was helpful and relatively quick.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you're a busy small business owner who wants to build and grow your list and easily connect with them, then AC is great! If you are solely relying on social media and aren't moving people over to an email list, then it's probably not the best fit. However, I don't suggest that as a strategy! Better to move people to a list just in case.

Great for digital entrepreneurs!
